A la livraison de mon lave linge j'ai constaté un choc important avant déballage ,et n'ai pu accepter l'article. le personnel de livraison a été très aimable . ...Je suis sans lave linge depuis une semaine et vous ne me donnez une nouvelle date de livraison qu'au 17 Juin!!!!! C'est se moquer, et bien sûr, impossible de joindre le magasin de Vannes directement, aucun appel d'excuse, vos façons de procéder ne me conviennent pas. Je vous prie de débloquer un créneau horaire de livraison pour cette semaine!
