J'avais rendez-vous à10h15, je suis arrivé à 10h10 et j'ai attendu 20 minutes pour enfin avoir ma marchandise.
Après un problème de livraison il y a peu, encore un problème soiT disant qu'il n'avait pas été informé que j'attendais.
Il serait urgent que vous mettiez de l'ordre pour satisfaire vos clients.
