Pourquoi ne pas faire confiance à Conforama !!! Suite à la livraison du canapé qui à 3 problématique différentes, nous avons contacté le jour meme le service réclamation. 3 jours après notre demande, aucune prise un charge du canapé défectueux !!! Fausse promesse sur la prise en charge de votre demande ! Le canapé est très fragile, suite à la livraison il est déjà endommagé sur le dossier principal. L'un des trois coussins n'a pas le meme format que les deux autres. Et il est abimé sur le dessus du canapé. Le prix initial étant de 999 euros ! Et je précise qu'avant de laisser ce commentaire j'avais bien fait le nécessaire pour contacter et avoir une réponse de Conformama, et toujours 0 prise en charge... Une fois votre achat réalisé plus de service client !
