longue attente au point enlèvement alors que la commande était affichée prête à l'écran. Autres acheteurs magasin servis avant nous. Finalement, la commande n'a pas été honorée, après de longues recherches, car pas en stock. Explications peu convaincantes du chef de rayon. Conclusion : simple remboursement sans geste commercial après plus d'une heure perdue !!! Votre organisation "achat web" est à revoir.
