Bonjour,
Après l'achat de mon canapé lit ou l'ouvrant l'écrou est tombé. Il s'agit donc un défaut de l'objet, mais je dois attendre plus de deux semaines pour avoir une réponse à ma demande du letige. À ça, il faudra ajouter le délai d'attente pour qu'un technicien se déplace.
Je trouve ça idnamissible et l'interlocutrice au SAV n'était pas aimable.
