Retard de livraison, pas d’échéance donnée pour la livraison,
Service contacté par téléphone, ils doivent me rappeler, aucun nouvelle depuis trois jours
Envoi d’un mail d’information plein d’erreur (pas à mon nom, pas le bon produit, pas la bonne commande)
Passage au magasin prévu pour la livraison : attendez on vous rappellera.
Conclusion : rien ne va, pas professionnel. À part recevoir ma facture et payer, rien ne fonctionne. J’espère avoir un jour avoir ma commande
