Avec beaucoup de retard (8 mois)
très bon accueil, achat réalisé sans problème livré début Nov 2024 SAUF QUE
Le produit matelas Epéda mystérieux présente dès Janvier un affaissement, nous faisons réclamation et depuis c'est le fabricant qui pilote le SAV de Conforama ! ou est votre garantie ? affaissement dans les norme du fabricant aujourd'hui mais refus de prise en compte. Conforama SAV gentil mais nul !
Je pense prendre le temps, car victime d'une PPR qui peut me clouer au lit, de porter recours contre Conforama par mail et courrier et petit tour sur les réseaux sociaux.
