J’ai acheter un meuble avec une très mauvaise notice, les planches ne sont pas numérotées donc très difficile de se retrouver. Je déconseille fortement leur placard déjà de très mauvaise qualité

Livreur désagréable, n'a pas enlevé l'ancien frigo malgré avoir payé les frais de livraison et d'installation du nouvel appareil.

On October 04th, we stopped by the Villeneuve loubet store to do some.shopping for our new appartement. On october 11th, we received part of the order. We scheduled the other delivery for today the 13th, and another one with two items for the 16th. The time window for the today delivery was from 9am to 2pm, which is huge but we sat at home waiting. At 2pm I tried to call the store to check why my stuff wasn't delivered, no answer whatsoever despite my calls for hours!!!. I checked the link where I set up the appointment, I found a message stating that my delivery was cancelled without notice or a call. This is very disrespectful and unprofessional!!. I called the number provided in the link, one od the customer service advisors answered, but she couldn't help and she couldn't tell me why mt delivery has been camcelled. Anyway, we checked to see if the otjer delivery of the 16th is still on schedule. She confirmed that it is still on schedule but with only five appliances. I did ask abo
