I received the wrong shoe size. One was a 40 the other was a 41.

I love the shoes but the experience was really poor. First of all i was not even greeted when entering the store. Then i started fitting the shoes and the seller who was unpacking boxes next to me did not even looked at me until i asked something. Then she started talking on the phone and went outside. A young girl that was helping in the store helped bringing the pair of shoes. I had to wait for the seller to finish talking on the phone, which she didn’t. I left and returned after 10 min and she was still talking! I told the girl i am in a hurry and she brought the seller. 2 stars is for the girl that helped, otherwise would have been 1!

Un coup de coeur pour toutes les chaussures. Je ne connaissais pas la marque. La découverte de l'année. Je suis vraiment amoureuse de mes chaussures. Samedi le 29 avril je retourne au magasin avec une amie. J'ai déjà conseillé le magasin à ma fille et belle-fille. C'est un style que je cherchais et que j'ai finalement trouvé. Il va avec tous mes vêtements. Merci Jonak!
