I love the shoes but the experience was really poor.
First of all i was not even greeted when entering the store.
Then i started fitting the shoes and the seller who was unpacking boxes next to me did not even looked at me until i asked something.
Then she started talking on the phone and went outside.
A young girl that was helping in the store helped bringing the pair of shoes. I had to wait for the seller to finish talking on the phone, which she didn’t. I left and returned after 10 min and she was still talking!
I told the girl i am in a hurry and she brought the seller.
2 stars is for the girl that helped, otherwise would have been 1!
