I love the shoes but the experience was really poor. First of all i was not even greeted when entering the store. Then i started fitting the shoes and the seller who was unpacking boxes next to me did not even looked at me until i asked something. Then she started talking on the phone and went outside. A young girl that was helping in the store helped bringing the pair of shoes. I had to wait for the seller to finish talking on the phone, which she didn’t. I left and returned after 10 min and she was still talking! I told the girl i am in a hurry and she brought the seller. 2 stars is for the girl that helped, otherwise would have been 1!

Customer service was 0. I don't want to be back in the store. It was a feeling like there was not a human but robot. No customer’s approach. I entered and was walking on my own, browsing the store. No reaction on me being inside. I asked, she answered. Customer brings money for the company to pay salary, be friendly at least

I received the wrong shoe size. One was a 40 the other was a 41.
