I love the shoes but the experience was really poor. First of all i was not even greeted when entering the store. Then i started fitting the shoes and the seller who was unpacking boxes next to me did not even looked at me until i asked something. Then she started talking on the phone and went outside. A young girl that was helping in the store helped bringing the pair of shoes. I had to wait for the seller to finish talking on the phone, which she didn’t. I left and returned after 10 min and she was still talking! I told the girl i am in a hurry and she brought the seller. 2 stars is for the girl that helped, otherwise would have been 1!

Madame, Monsieur, Le 23/12/2025, mon épouse, mes deux filles et moi-même avons vécu une expérience choquante dans votre magasin d’Anvers. Nous sommes entrés vers 17h20, et, peu après notre arrivée, la porte a été verrouillée bien avant l’heure officielle de fermeture (18h00), empêchant d’autres clients d’entrer. Mon épouse et mes deux filles ont toutes les trois repéré une paire de chaussures qui leur plaisait beaucoup. La vendeuse, cependant, était en train de parler avec une autre jeune femme. Ne souhaitant pas l’interrompre, nous avons retiré nos manteaux et attendu tout en continuant à regarder les articles. Après presque une demi-heure, elle s’est retournée vers nous et nous a dit, sur un ton désagréable, que nous devions partir car le magasin allait fermer dans quelques minutes. Customer service was 0. I don't want to be back in the store. It was a feeling like there was not a human but robot. No customer’s approach. I entered and was walking on my own, browsing the store. No reaction on me being inside. I asked, she answered. Customer brings money for the company to pay salary, be friendly at least

I received the wrong shoe size. One was a 40 the other was a 41.
