Dear Agnes b., As customer of your brand, this weekend I visited Paris and I of course I could not let the trip without passing by one of you shops. The Lady who helped me in the shop behind Les Halles was very kid but at the cassa , I received a very bad feeling. I purchased many items from you, for more than 1100 euros. I did not receive a single present just to promote the brand what in normal circumstances, such a brand would offer for its regular customers. I was asked if the items would be a present: come in, all 6 items ? I’ve got a very bad feeling after coming out from your shop and I am not willing to return there again.
