La vente et la mise à disposition etaient correctes. Par contre, nous sommes très mécontent du SAV. Le tambour est abîmé intérieurement occasionnant des déchirures du linge. Nous avons eu un technicien SAV avec beaucoup de difficultés. Il nous demandé d'envoyer par mail une photo du tambour et du ticket de caisse. Depuis plus de nouvelles malgré nos relances par mail. Nous allons donv revenir demain au magasin de Chambray-lès-Tours pour échange comme prévu dans les CGV ou bien se faire rembourser si ce modèle n'est plus disponible.
