Très bien guidé par le conseiller internet.
Vraiment très satisfait du service
Très satisfait du produit à ce jour.
Seul bémol, la livraison. Prévu mercredi 23/10/24 entre 8h30 et 12h30. J'ai reçu un sms à 10h30 me précisant que le livreur allait arriver. Hélas rien à horizon.
J'ai appelé à nouveau conforama à 35cts la minute....durée 10 minutes.
Impossible d'en savoir plus.
Nouvel appel à 15h, toujours facturation du temps téléphonique.
Et miracle le livreur m'appelle pour me dire qu'il arrivait.
15h15 sommier livré.
Bilan retard de Conforama, promesse pas tenue, et 7€ de téléphone.
Y aura-t-il un geste commercial de conforama, j'en doute... Donc cette aventure risque d'être mis sur internet. Très mécontent.
