Une vendeuse n'arrêtait pas de critiquer les acheteurs. Une autre vendeuse ne connaissait pas la marchandise qu'elle vendait. Seule la personne à la caisse avait le sourire et était agréable

- Le magasin demanderait d'être rénové ==> surtout l'espace canapé.
- Les vendeurs devraient être plus disponible/accueillant ==> donne une info puis se plonge sur son portable personnel…
